For plumbing shop owners · US & Canada

Every missed call is a job your competitor books.

You’re on a job, the phone rings, and by the time you call back they’ve hired someone else. PipeScale runs your ads, texts back missed calls in seconds and follows up on every quote, so the work you paid for lands on your schedule.

Where the jobs go

You’re not short on work. You’re losing it between the ring and the booking.

Missed calls

The phone rings while you’re under a sink.

Someone with water on the floor doesn’t leave a voicemail. They scroll down and call the next plumber on Google.

Shared leads

Paying for leads four other shops also got.

Lead sites sell the same homeowner to everyone. You’re paying to race the shop down the road to the phone, then fight on price.

Quiet quotes

You drove out, quoted it, and never heard back.

They didn’t say no. They got busy. Without a follow-up, that quote, and the drive out, is wasted.

Feast or famine

Slammed one month, chasing work the next.

Referrals are great until they dry up. Your trucks and payroll don’t slow down when the phone does.

Do the math

What are missed calls costing your shop?

Put in your own numbers. Most owners have never added it up.

Walking out the door every month

$2,275

That’s about $27,300 a year.

Starting numbers are an example. Change them to match your shop. Estimate only.

How it works

Three parts, run for you.

  1. Ads that ring

Done-for-you ads that put your shop in front of homeowners who need a plumber now, in the areas you want to work.

  2. Every call captured

Missed calls get an instant text back, day or night, so the customer hears from you before they dial someone else.

  3. Jobs booked

Automatic follow-up on new leads and open quotes, with booking straight into your calendar.

Who we are

The trade side and the marketing side, under one roof.

PipeScale was started by Johnny and his wife. Johnny is a plumber turned steamfitter with over ten years in the trades. He’s seen how much work slips away between the first ring and the booked job.

His wife is a marketer. She knows how to bring the calls in, and kept seeing the same gap on the other side: the leads show up, but a busy shop can’t always answer, call back or follow up.

So they built PipeScale together. Johnny knows how a shop actually runs, she knows how to fill the phone, and the system makes sure none of those calls go to waste. Plain language, no fluff, and one number that matters: booked jobs.
