PipeScale (“we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through pipescale.co, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you give us in our forms: your name, shop name, work email, country and number of trucks.
• Messages you send to info@pipescale.co.
• Basic technical data our website host records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To tell you when PipeScale launches and to answer your questions.
• To understand whether our services fit your business.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages

We do not currently send text messages from this website. If we add SMS in the future, we will only text you after you give clear consent, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as our website host and email provider. They process information only on our behalf. Some providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time by writing to info@pipescale.co. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above.
