Using the site

You may use this site to learn about PipeScale and join our waitlist. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it or submitting false information.

Our services

Any marketing services we provide will be covered by a separate written agreement with your business. Information on this site is general and is not a promise of specific results. Results from advertising and follow-up vary by market, season and business.

Communications

If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about PipeScale. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not currently send text messages; if we do in future, we will ask for your consent first and you can reply STOP to opt out.

Intellectual property

The PipeScale name, logo and site content belong to PipeScale. Please don’t copy them without permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, PipeScale is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
